Dial A Dump initially acquired 32 – 34 Burrows Rd, which is now home to Dial A Dump Industries. Ian Malouf then expanded the group’s portfolio by the purchase of a coach depot and mechanical workshop at 28 – 32 Burrows Road and then subsequently 33 Burrows Road and 1/3 Holland Street. The properties in Alexandria/St Peters are all zoned 4 (a) industrial and suit a variety of business from mechanical workshop, spray painting, coach and taxi depot, storage and processing, office space and parking areas close to the city and the airport.
