Dial A Dump initially acquired 32 – 34
Burrows Rd, which is now home to Dial A Dump Industries.
Ian Malouf then expanded the group’s
portfolio by the purchase of a coach depot and mechanical workshop at 28 – 32
Burrows Road and then subsequently 33 Burrows Road and 1/3
Holland Street. In 2002 with the acquisition
of the St Peter’s Tip, the group simultaneous acquired 4 – 16
Campbell Street and 5A Canal Road. Subsequently in 2005, Wallgrove
Road at Eastern Creek comprising 123 Hectares was acquired.
The properties in Alexandria/St Peters are all zoned 4 (a) industrial and suit a variety of business from mechanical workshop, spray painting, coach and taxi depot, storage and processing, office space and parking areas close to the city and the airport.
The property division is also currently planning for the development of about 20,000 square metres of Industrial Development under the name of Holland Street Industrial Centre. For this process tenants are consulted on the area, shape, structure and services they require thus shaping the leased area as to what they require.
